Wow, I can't believe that this is my last year at TLU. It's taken me a while to settle into the groove of TLU life and to crank back up my participation in student activities on campus. Right now I have 17 semester hours and three jobs totaling (30+ hours a week). It's rough but I know I'll get through it. This last year of mine can be very much compared to running a long distance race. For me I am still at the beginning just a couple hundred yards in. I know that I'll graduate on time and be fine but the process is absolutely tedious.
Another huge issue is the question of what I am going to do after graduation. I'm a biology major who managed to blitz a second degree in history in three semesters. As my passion began to develop for history my "life goals" and "plans" began to shift away from the "hard sciences" I'm still trying to figure out what God has in store for me and trying to spend a whole lot more time this semester listening and praying.
